Regional Sales Leader

Are you ready to drive business growth and lead a team of sales professionals at Mondelēz International?
As a Regional Sales Leader, you will be responsible for executing the sales strategy and achieving annual KPIs and targets in the Mexico region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a team of sales representatives to ensure delivery of training and execution of sales plans.
- Creating and managing an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive business growth and category execution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales capability, category, and customer finance, to optimize sales performance.
- Developing and coaching the team on category and insights knowledge to drive informed decision-making and business growth.
Requirements:
- Considerable knowledge of market and routes-to-market in Mexico.
- Experience in sales and team management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
- Perseverance and attention to detail.
- Experience working in Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) / Traditional Trade (TT).
- Previous roles as Sales Regional Leader / Manager managing mid-large teams.
- Omnichannel experience with a focus on DSD / TT.
