About the role
Security and logistics management for visiting international, domestic, and Executive international travelers.
Develop security protocols that must be driven in the event of any adverse physical or health-related security incident with a visitor, for example, Assault on a visitor, injured visitor, visitor accident, extorted visitor, missing visitor, kidnapped visitor, lost visitor documents, detained visitor, etc."
Select hotels, restaurants, parks, and areas in different cities where our visitors can stay or carry out their regular activities.
Carry out security analysis of the different transport companies that mobilize visitors and direct employees, guaranteeing their legality, vehicle quality, and driver integrity, to generate reporting protocols between the companies and DIAGEO (Monitoring Center) where they advise about the pick-up, transfer, completion of the service, and report any incidents that occur
Supervising the visit plan and risk analysis for visitors arriving in Mexico, coordinating with the respective internal management teams.
In charge of all national visits and domestic travel, identification, and visibility of all local and international employees and contractors traveling to and within Mexico
Identify the different risks to which employees traveling from other markets to Mexico may be exposed.
Work with the Intelligence Manager to identify risks that may impact travelers throughout their stay (including road trips) and develop mitigation plans for those risks.
Work in coordination with the Operations, Agriculture, and all Supply Teams.
Provide directly support (via phone, in-person, or chat) any visitor who reports any special news regarding their health or personal safety.
Requirement
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish.
- Strong supervisory skills and the ability to manage a diverse group of employees in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office
- Flexible to travel and be fully mobile and available on a 24-hour on-call basis, to respond to crisis situations
- In-depth knowledge of security issues certainly acquired from 8+ years of experience in a law enforcement agency, armed forces or security industry. Knowledge of interaction between company and law enforcement agencies in kidnap/extortion and crisis management cases.
