About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Security and Compliance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global security processes and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our employees, clients, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security awareness training programs for employees.
- Provide security support and guidance to our global operations teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as security, law enforcement, or business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a global logistics or supply chain company.
- Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and regulations, including ISO 28001 and C-TPAT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
