Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Group Manager to lead and coordinate our security teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining vigilance of plant protection protocols, defining and implementing control measures for special products, and following up on special security situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain security levels of personnel and the site through the execution of work programs and checklists.
  • Lead and coordinate security groups to ensure effective security operations.
  • Define and implement control measures for special products to prevent security breaches.
  • Follow up on special security situations, including investigations, thefts, and reports.
  • Define and implement security improvements for the site to enhance overall security.
  • Develop and implement loss prevention measures to minimize security risks.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and read and understand visual aids.
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
