Supervisor Senior Vendor Management

**Responsabilidades**:

- Control y gestión de proveedores Agencias Creativas y Digitales, artículos promocionales, distribución y logística, ya que es responsable de diseñar y ejecutar todas las actividades de compras (Contratos locales y globales, así como servicios relacionados a Marketing) siguiendo un timeline, trabajando de la mano con múltiples áreas involucradas en cada proyecto.
- Enfoque en mejorar eficiencia en los procesos de marketing siguiendo los procesos y políticas de áreas de negocio.
- Monitoreo y control de entregables de cada procedimiento relacionado a proveedores y pago de productos y servicios.
- Coordinar la producción de promocionales, basados end to end desde el surgimiento de la necesidad través de los procesos internos de marketing Administración (solicitudes, hasta la entrega final de los materiales y facturación)
- Cumplir con la política de Third Party Management:

- Planificación y ejecución de las actividades y controles aplicables para el cumplimiento de la política
- Garantizar que todos los requisitos de control y riesgo aplicables para los procedimientos de Marketing Administración
- Seguimiento a las relaciones banco
- proveedor basándose en políticas internas

Calificaciones:

- Proactivo, Proactiva
- Alto nível de organización y control administrativo
- Experiência en relación con proveedores
- Experiência en la gestión de contratos
- Conocimiento del proceso y herramientas de TPM, P2P, Bóveda Digital; Ongoing Monitoring, CASP+ TPRAP´s
- Manejo de paquetería Office (principalmente Excel)
- Idioma inglés nível medio (escritura, lectura)
- Deseable, experiência en controles de riesgo y control
- Deseable, conocimiento demostrado de finanzas/contabilidad, elaboración de presupuestos y facturación
- Deseable, majeño de herramientas de tableros Power BI, Tablau
