The Customer Activation & Marketing Junior Controller - MX/CO/EC will contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, as well as increased sales by managing the budgeting & follow-up process; As related to our Loyalty program, customer development & experience, communications, marketing, and media investments for Mexico, Colombia, and Ecuador. The role will also manage the administrative budget within the Customer Activation & Marketing function for items related to travel, business meals, office supplies and company approved expenses. The role will work towards aligned & cross functional goals, driving omni sales performance & customer centricity, and securing collaboration across key teams.

This position is based in Mexico City within our Customer Activation & Marketing function, and reports to our Regional Customer Activation & Marketing Controller.

**Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to**:
Driving Profitability
- Collaborate with the Regional Customer Activation & Marketing Controller as well as Customer Activation & Marketing Manager for regional strategy and direction for investments - Localize for assigned markets
- Ensure consistent alignment of budget within guidelines provided to ensure profitability while supporting market ambitions
- ** Coordinate and** **support budget process** as related to customer activation - media spend, content costs, production costs, agency fees, and costs related to tools and the team. Measure all costs in relation to results achieved, making sure the function delivers on set goals
- Monitor, analyze and follow up on monthly costs; Conduct monthly cost follow up meetings with key stakeholders per market to ensure all costs are in-line with planned budget
- In conjunction with monthly cost follow ups - act as primary contact for full overview of budget within assigned markets. Speak to variances, change in strategy or investments, and maintain full & total overview for markets assigned
- Act as key collaborator and strategist for the function within assigned markets - coach and challenge teams to ensure investments provide value to the function’s goals both regionally and locally, while remaining Cost Conscious
- Act as key point of contact for the Controlling function on behalf of the Customer Activation & Marketing function.
- Act as primary decision maker for investments within markets assigned. Act as educator and informal leader within function to balance the needs and priorities within Customer Activation & Marketing, while also keeping top of mind the full market and global business sales performance.
- Develop and implement routines to increase efficiency in accounting, cost follow up and all budget related workflows

Supporting and coordinating processes for analysis & follow up
- Support follow up on spend, performance, and investment priorities for assigned markets
- Support and coordinate discussions regarding trade-offs related to media, production, and research budgets
- Support business case development connected to all Customer Activation investments to enable efficient and rigorous decision-making
- Perform ad hoc analyses as related to Customer Activation initiatives and strategies that span across E-Commerce, Digital Development, Media, Fashion PR, Customer Insights, and Marketing Operations & Production
- Work with applicable systems for budgeting, reporting and follow up, including but not limited to - Google Analytics, Global Media Path (GMP), Power BI, Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Statista, FDW
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure budget is secured for ad-hoc marketing initiatives that span across other areas of the business, including but not limited to - Human Resources, Expansion, Business Tech, NCG

External Partnerships
- Support local procurement processes for agency contracts and partnerships
- Follow up with agencies on cost control and invoice handling
- Support team with vendor relations as it pertains to cost follow up, invoicing,
