**Job Summary**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, skills, and experience needed for open positions.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on job requirements, expectations, and timelines.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in corporate recruitment.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives, such as employer branding, diversity and inclusion efforts, and process improvements.

**What You Will Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of Corporate Recruiting experience
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the tech industry
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications across various domains (e.g., sales, business development, consulting, field tech, support, software development & engineering, IT infrastructure, etc.).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations for Mexico, USA, Canada.
