**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The Order Processing Coordinator helps standardize processes and ensures service excellence. The Order Processing Coordinator will lead a team of Order Processing Analysts that own accurate and effcient order scrubbing execution through the warehouse delivered network, connecting available finished goods with active customer orders.

The Order Processing Analyst team reviews customer and orders, and communicates those that may be shipped to the dock schedulers. All other orders that do not meet shipping requirements are placed onto on hold status, and reviewed daily until okay to send to warehouse to schedule. The analyst team will be accountable for the management of orders to ensure the highest levels of customer service Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

**Your Impact**

As an **Order Processing Coordinator **your responsibilities would consist of:

- Providing direct supervision, coaching, feedback and discipline to OrderProcessing Analyst team, ensuring timely release of all orders to the warehouse and quality of customer service - executing actions
- Keeping dotted line US Warehouse Delivered team informed and abreast of any issues that could warrant further discussion or require support - executing actions
- Helping Standardize the processes for the end to end Processing of all Sales Orders

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Statistics, or Business preferred

**Experience**
- Fluent in English
- 2-3 years experience in Supply Chain Management/Operations
- Previous People Management experience
- Experience in day-to-day business processes related to Warehouse Delivered Operations
- Serve as Primary Escalation Point for all Delivery Processing related issues as needed
- Ability to work within strict deadlines, learn new processes quickly, work effectively with a team and adapt to constantly evolving work responsibilities
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle the high volume of requests
- Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with customers
- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Strong passion for Supply Chain Operations and Process Improvement
- Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers
- Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools
- Meticulous attention to detail

**Skills**
- The ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new technology and embrace change.
- Utilization of PepsiCo’s Spotlight system and maintain SAP order processing systems, with a solid knowledge of Order Processing within WMS and related transactions.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure to include tight deadlines - strong organizational skills and able to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Collaborate with peers to manage the day-to-day execution and support the business
- Ability to provide Customer Service to internal stakeholders as needed in an ambiguous environment
- Willingness to embrace change and all other assigned duties for the greater good of the team
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactively work to organize, respond to needs and anticipate what is needed by the individuals for whom she/he supports
- Ability to work independently and within a team with a Team / collaboration based approach to decision making
- Must have a “Can Do” attitude with a willingness to assist others in completing activities as needed
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
