**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity**
- The Order Processing Analyst will own accurate and efficient order review process for the Warehouse Delivered network and other distribution centers, connecting available finished goods with active customer orders.
- The Order Processing Analyst wil review customer and STO orders assessing if order shipping requirments are met. They will then execute order release process, via Spotlight or SAP, for the order to be shipped from the respective source location All orders that do not meet shipping requirements are placed onto hold status, and reviewed multiple times per day until requirements are met. The analyst will be accountable for the management of orders to ensure the highest levels of customer service Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) - OFR, LSC and RAD.

**Your Impact**

As Order Processing Analyst your functions would consist of
- Process Sales Orders (SO’s) in Spotlight and/or SAP system and release to WMS/3PL to meet Requested Delivery Date.
- For all short orders and items, utilize precut report (generated by Spotlight and supported by US Recovery Processor) to identify recovery and provide information to customer service responsible for customer and identify whether orders need to be held or shipped.
- Proactively review and respond to requests in Spotlight system from customer service and planners on cuts when requested. Identify and resolve customer order & inventory replenishment issues, within the scope and authority of the position.
- Keep MBS Order Processing Coordinator and US Recovery Processor team informed and abreast of any issues that could warrant further discussion and require support - executing actions

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Written & Verbal Fluency in English
- BA/BS degree with 2 plus years of experience in Order Management, Inventory Replenishment, Demand or Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain or Customer Service
- Ability to develop and improve customer relations
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Learning agility with ability to quickly learn SAP and Tableau
