At Predictable Revenue (PR), we know the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That’s why we want you You’re that special someone who brings energy, positivity, effective communication and organizational skills to the Outbound Sales role. YOU are a critical member of our sales team and excel in areas of research, relationships, and setting up sales closers and clients for success. You are a quick learner who is adaptable, and you get the chance to work with a variety of customers. Working with your teammates and clients, you’ll boost top-line revenue growth, grow customer acquisition levels, and contribute to the company’s profitability, all while making YOUR mark.

**What YOU’ll Do**:
- Set up meetings or calls between customers and sales executives using a variety of methods and mediums
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Collaborate with your sales teammates on outbound program strategy and design
- Use your good-natured wit and charm to build relationships, break through the noise, and engage prospects
- You will wow others with your traits as a self-starter and how well you thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Effective and capable of working autonomously and asynchronously in a remote work environment
**Experience/ Qualifications**:
- At least 2 years of outbound sales experience, as an SDR or Inside Sales Representative
- B2B experience
- Very strong English language (B2/C1-C2), communication (written and verbal) skills
- Experience with our tech stack: Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Worked in a startup
- Personal ambitions, whether it be winning a world-class League of Legends championship or becoming a certified Bikram yoga instructor; we want people who will add their interests and experience to our thriving culture
