Pitz App is a technology StartUp that is revolutionizing amateur football. We use this technology to empower the amateur community of fields, leagues and players in a way that they achieve a massive reach and we use technology to connect them with sponsors. We believe amateur sports should be free for everyone & a vehicle for players to monetize their play and improve their families economy

This position is 100% remote, based in Mexico.

If don’t have a ton of knowledge about Pitz App. Don’t worry. We have an extensive onboarding and training program and you will be provided with necessary knowledge to fulfill your role.

**Job description**

We’re looking for a results-driven sales development representative to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

**Responsibilities**
- Effectively manage inbound lead flow as well as executing outbound prospecting initiative
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
- Meet or exceed SDR sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets
- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using CRM
- Participate in documenting all processes and update as needed with your Sales Development Manager
- Act as a mentor for new SDR hires in helping them navigate their key accounts
- Work in collaboration with Marketing to develop targeted marketing tactics for your target accounts
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

**We’re looking for**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
- Experience working with a CRM
- Knowledge of business process, roles, and organizational structure
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Previous tech industry experience or experience in StartUps is a plus
- Determined personality with a desire to grow and win
- Passionate about Soccer
- A shared interest in our values, and working in accordance with those values
- As our team is growing we will be also looking for native/bilingual level of any of the following languages: Spanish and English
