- Experienced in Sales, Tourism industry, and Customer Service. (Minimum 1 year)
- Knowledge of computer systems: Excel (Microsoft Office).

- **Residence in Cancun, minimum 1 year**

Responsibilities includes:

- Capability of solving problems & stress situations.
- Focused on costumer service.
- Reports.
- Provide accurate information on RIU Hotels & Resorts services.
- Position is 100% administrative.
