**GENERAL SUMMARY**:
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resources information and payroll systems, office vibe, happiness index, employment records, government labor statistics, etc.
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, employee engagement (turnover and absenteeism), and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership
- Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture
- Insure correctness, precision, approval and on time processing of expense reports.
- Assist in travel plans of visitors when coming to Mexico
- Prepare the arrival of visitors to Juarez in regards of safety planning and transit.
- Prepare and improve accuracy and quality of data reports from our payroll system (PIDA)
- Support communication activities with foreign personal, including: Expense reports, attendance records, Mexican Immigration Permits Administration (FM3 initial and renewal)
- Human Resources expenses and budget follow up
- Human Resources continuous improvement projects and tools:

- ID Badges
- 5’s for HR
- Employee’s Ideas
- Problem Solving Master Team
- Employee’s recognition program
- Support the HR Ops Model deployment and adoption (HUB Coms, google docs, ESS and MSS)

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:

- Professional degree or Equivalent experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office products (i.e. word, excel, power point, access, exchange)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3 to 5 years of applicable experience
