Our services cover three main areas: Fiscal and Legal Consulting, Auditing, and Family Business.

This is a key role that will take strategic direction from our CEO and help us scale with growth and expansion.
- **What you will do**:_
- Take Heranza to new heights You will be responsible for growth.
- Commercial strategy of the firm (Strategic planning and establishment of objectives to achieve competitive sales).
- Growth strategy (Detect the needs of the existing and new clients to determine how they can be satisfied).
- Identify partnership opportunities.
- Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand.
- Maintain existing business and account managing
- Think critically when planning to ensure project success.
- Research and find opportunities in the industry so that the organization grows and expands successfully.
- Strong attention to detail and superior analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct business analysis to improve sales performance and understand customer needs.
- Make business decisions by locating and analyzing sales trends, new products, service areas, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain a C and operational level of relationships.
- Create a team and develop it to search for opportunities in the market (Prospecting).
- **Your knowledge, skills, and abilities**:_
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or similar in professional services and/or consulting environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration or a related field
- Strong customer-orientated attitude, self-motived, detailed oriented, positive personality with aggressive attitude, well organized, and can work under pressure and in different time zones.
- Effective, clear, and charismatic presentation skills.
- Highly collaborative, strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Solution-based sales experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great self-management skills and goal-oriented
