**Responsibilities**:
- Represent Applause with integrity and passion.
- Help cold prospects understand the value of Applause software.
- Set demos for interested prospects to meet with AE’s.
- Call trade show attendees and encourage them to visit our booth.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with using sales CRMs (e.g., Hubspot or Salesforce).
- History of meeting or exceeding SDR quotas and metrics.
- History of great time management skills and being efficient.
- Can work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am - 7pm EST.
- Great internet connection with zero noticeable latency.
- Very effective in a remote-work environment.
