**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
- Analytics Sales Coordinator must connect and integrate with different, Sales, Strategy, Tech Sales, DX and GTM teams to understand data sources & current KPIs to be able propose best in class approaches to calculate and enhance current analysis and propose ideas for new products that might impact all latam markets. GTM /Sales DS Coordinator must connect Insights to evolve PepsiCo’s strategy, KPIs measurements, propose enhancements to current digital products & models while attending the needs of our Customers, Consumers, Shoppers to improve SOM and Sales growth.
- Must have a critical mind to be able to understand priorities and define activities to be done being guided by his fellow senior team members.

**Your Impact**
- As Business Scientist GTM/Monetize Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

- Execute the Advanced Analytics agenda across value chain processes discovering new business opportunities delivering strategic avenues and prioritize BU´s resources.
- Execute GTM and sales strategy, define KPI’s and improvements to current Analytical processes and develop and new ways of measuring correct execution with data driven decision making.
- Focus on a correct execution and improvements for Beverages forecast model and Perfect Store, re-define KPI’s according to business needs for all solutions and lead the dashboards automation agenda to reduce manual work for team.
- Work and lead other team members on creating new digital products to show data results in a coherent and useful manner and create better analytical strategies for all sales formats.
- Coordinate with peers and managers to show results to stakeholders, aligning on the process and define best ways of working with the overall multifunctional team.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- ** Education**: Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics.
- ** Experience**: 4 years’ experience in statistical models development (Probabilistic graphical models, marketing Mix Models, Market Basket Analysis, Cannibalization Models, Share of Market Forecast Models, General and Bayesian Regressions, hypothesis testing and time series). Database management and programming capabilities. 3 year experience in CPG companies developing brands growth strategies, Pricing strategies, design sales solutions, Consumer & Shopper insights skills, inspirational story telling.
- ** English**: 100% Oral and written.
- ** Tools**: Programming capabilities (R, Python, using Data Science & statistical libraries), Statistical and big volume data software management (SPSS, SAS, Visual Basic, Advisor, Microstrategy, SQL) Visualization Software (PowerBI, React, Tableau, Quickview), Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel), Azure Cloud Services (Databricks, ADF, DL, AzureSQL, AzureMonitor, LogAnalytics, etc).
