**Descripción General**: Enfocado en el seguimiento de la relación comercial y de servicio a los clientes asignados, apoyando activamente en la resolución de problemas técnicos, administrativos y desarrollo de proyectos, así como el desarrollo y/o apertura de nuevas aplicaciones con los clientes.
**Responsabilidades Principales**:
- Apoyar al personal de ventas de su territorio en el manejo del programa de servicio de la compañía con el cliente asignado.
- Conducir encuestas en sitio, auditorías de productos, aplicaciones y sistemas.
- Asegurar la implementación de la certificación de valor en sitio con excepción de la revisión del negocio.
- Participar en las revisiones de diseño, nuevas aplicaciones, arranques y evaluaciones. Apoyar en productos y servicios críticos, desempeño y confiabilidad. Interactuar con los recursos de la compañía en forma apropiada y trabajar en equipo.
- Coordinar y administrar el programa de reemplazo de materiales y consumibles en relación el servicio y o tratamiento que se da a clientes asignados.
- Preparación de reportes detallando problemas técnicos y soluciones para iniciar la acción correctiva necesaria por modificaciones del producto y/o recomendaciones de cambios en los procesos. Documentar el valor proporcionado al cliente donde quiera que sea posible, identificando oportunidades y generando ideas que aporten al desarrollo de la cuenta.
- Realizar análisis químicos de todos los puntos determinados por el Growth Leader en las cuentas asignadas.
- Apoyar en el desarrollo de guías y boletines de solución de problemas en el servicio y productos existentes. Asumir el rol de líder en la distribución de estas guías y boletines a los departamentos cuando es requerido.
- Trabajar con el personal de su región hacia la mejora continua de política y procedimientos cuyo resultado sea la de incrementar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Proporcionar servicios de instalación de recursos en un proyecto requerido para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. Los servicios pueden incluir (pero no están limitados) encuestas de campo, listas de verificación de instalaciones, soporte en los servicios de rollout, etc.
- Observar las medidas de seguridad de Chemtreat y del cliente y atender el entrenamiento de seguridad requerido. Leer y conocer todas las medidas de seguridad entorno a el tratamiento y Servicio que estará desarrollando, esta información incluye todas las medidas consideradas y determinadas por el Growth Leader así como hojas de Seguridad SDS y técnicas PDS.
- Soportar y estar comprometido con el Proceso de Mejoramiento de la Calidad de Chemtreat.
- Revisión de márgenes y alcances económicos de cuentas asignadas con su Growth Leader.
- Participar en reuniones de negociación y en el desarrollo de cuentas nuevas y de penetración junto con su Growth Leader a oportunidades que le sean invitado.
Las responsabilidades anteriores son enunciativas y no limitativas, toda vez que el ocupante de este puesto tiene la obligación de atender también cualquier otro trabajo anexo o conexo con su responsabilidad principal, aun cuando ocasionalmente pueda ser desempeñado.

- Conocimientos Técnicos y de laboratorio químico, uso de materiales químicos.
- Manejo de Paquetería de Microsoft Office.
- Deseable experiência en habilidades de negociación.
**Experiência y estudios**:
- Carrera profesional en Ingeniería Química o afín (preferente), trunca, o carrera técnica.
- mínimo 5 años de experiência en tratamiento de agua osmosis inversa, calderas, torres de enfriamiento, conocimientos y experiência en manejo de materiales, programación, control de inventarios, manufactura e instalación de procesos.
- Inglés intermedio
- Avanzado deseable.
