Your Profile
- University Degree in engineering (electrical, control, electronics, mechanical or similar)
- Professional Experience (8+ years) in Sales, desirable experience in technical sales and account management in the energy sector: Power Generation and Oil&Gas customers.
- Technical Knowledge Automation, DCS, Control system, electrical systems, cybersecurity, performance.
- English at professional working profiency level.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50 of time

- Results-oriented, analytical and communication skills paired with change management capabilities to develop and successfully implement strategic plans.

Your Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence, trends and requirements in the assigned territories. - Budgets and Forecasts preparation for the accounts and regions under its responsibility. - Inform the Latin American management about opportunities identified in the territories assigned and projects under development for business growth. - Identify and develop business opportunities in coordination with the centers of competence and operations teams, locally, regionally or globally.
- Regular customer visits to develop opportunities.
- Develop, enhance and maintain customer relationship at plant level and HQ Directory / Management level - Keep CRM (Salesforce) and other management systems up to date. - Lead the preparation of proposals for parts, services and solutions from the identification of the opportunity, the articulation of the solution / proposal with the internal team, until the signature
