Business Development Representative

Nuestro cliente, Krowdy es una firma digital de búsqueda de talento, que está revolucionando el proceso de búsqueda de ejecutivos y acortará el tiempo que toma en cubrir un puesto de trabajo de semanas a días y reducirá el costo a un décimo del valor actual, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un **BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE.**
**FUNCIONES**:
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas para generar nuevas líneas de negocio.
- Asistir a ferias.
- Identificar oportunidades potenciales para el crecimiento de la empresa (búsqueda de nuevos mercados, identificación de alianzas estratégicas, desarrollo de nuevos productos o servicios).
- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con socios potenciales, clientes clave y otras partes interesadas.
- Participar en la elaboración de planes estratégicos para el crecimiento de la organización.
**Requisitos**:
- Egresados de las carreras de Administración, Negocios internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en puestos similares
- Manejo de herramientas para realizar pronósticos y análisis financieros.
- Manejo de análisis de mercado y evaluación de oportunidades de negocio.
- Conocimiento de herramientas y técnicas de gestión de relaciones con clientes (CRM).
- Microsoft Excel a nível intermedio (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas complejas).
