**Descripción de la posición**

Identificar, perseguir y concretar oportunidades de negocio para aumentar el volumen de ventas de la vertical de negocio de Criptografía

**Principales Responsabilidades**
- Elaborar y ejecutar el plan de prospección trimestral, logrando atraer leads efectivos.
- Identificar la necesidad de nuestros clientes y prospectos, levantar sus requerimientos y ofrecer las mejores soluciones para ellos.
- Gestionar presentaciones y dar seguimiento a propuestas de proyectos de negocio.
- Llevar a cabo negociaciones complejas con ejecutivos de alto nível.
- Mantener actualizado el pipeline comercial para identificar su avance en el proceso de ventas.
- Gestión con nuestros partners principales, registro de oportunidades y órdenes de compra con ellos.
- Mantener constante actualización en torno al mercado y a los servicios y productos que ofrecemos.

**Experiência y Habilidades requeridas**
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência vendiendo productos de tecnología,
- idealmente hardware.
- Inglés Conversacional (Mínimo B2). (Se evaluará en entrevista).
- Manejo de CRM. (Deseable Hubspot).
- Conocimientos sólidos y capacidad de entendimiento funcional en
- productos de TI.
- Experiência en meta de ventas superior a 5 MDD al año.
- Experiência en desarrollo de negocio con clientes corporativos (B2B).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Orientado a resultados y sentido de urgencia.

**Formación**
- Licenciatura en Administración o en Negocios con gusto por la tecnología, o relacionadas.
- Inglés Avanzado (establecer una conversación)

**Oferta**
- Prestaciones adicionales a las de Ley
- Compensación fija mensual (Rango $30,000 - $40,000 netos)
- Compensación variable alineada a resultados
- Modalidad de trabajo híbrida.
- 30 días de aguinaldo
- 12 días de vacaciones + 5 días personales al año.
- 25% prima vacacional.
- Apoyo de teletrabajo.

Salario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
