We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in AMERICAS at Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico.

**Job Purpose**:
Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple sites under their responsibility. Work with 3rd party technical service providers and own staff to ensure all O&M measures are implemented. Ensure compliance to: Health & Safety program; and global O&M practices, policies, strategies, and training programs. Control of Budget and Expenses for the maintenances. Report and planning activities.

**Your tasks**:

- Control and planning of the day-to-day operations of multiple sites under their responsibility including supervisors and technical service providers.
- Assists in implementing Country practices, policies, strategies, and training programs.
- Control and managing technical budgets for all site(s) under management.
- Responsible in assisting the planning, organizing, and overseeing the maintenance of properties, facilities, equipment, and mechanical systems to support operational effectiveness.
- Create technical and maintenance reports for machinery and facilities.
- Schedule maintenance annual plan and align it with the budget under his responsibility
- Budget control, considering activities for maintenance, spare parts, etc.
- Support any internal or external audits that could be conducted.
- Create executive reports that allow analyzing expenses and to create a strategy to keep the budget under control.
- Root - cause analysis for every issue that arises in any facility or equipment.
- Follow-up to external team (cleaning, maintenance), verifying assistance and performance.

**Your profile**:
**Education Level**
- Engineer degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Business Administration

**Experience Level**
- 2 years of relevant technical operation experience as FM Coordinator or FM Technician.
