Lead the activities of UCB's customer-facing commercial roles involved in patient value creation and the pursuit of UCB's organizational goals, the development and execution of tailored strategies to achieve iPVU market and financial objectives in collaboration with specific stakeholders

**Key Activities**
- Lead, coach and develop high performing teams as HCNPs and coordinate the efforts of the regional commercial customer-facing team members to collectively achieve company objectives and enhance patient value delivery more efficient.
- Formulate and implement an ecosystem strategy that leverages key insights and distinctive market characteristics to optimize the creation of patient value and advance iPVU objectives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that customer-facing team members possess the necessary materials and tools from the Internal Engine.
- Understanding and communicating to relevant payers coverage, reimbursement and other aspects of how UCB products are managed to enhance understanding and drive optimal usage in collaboration with Private Access teams.
- Through influencing and partnering with payers identify and co-create innovative solutions to access challenges (relevant also for other local decision makers & influencers depending on internal capabilities available)
- Enhance disease-state management by ensuring that the ecosystem customer-facing team is aligned under a guiding principle of patient value generation.
- Set a leading example to ensure a culture of compliance throughout all endeavors and undertakings within the designated markets.
- Identify and align targets for the Customer Facing Team while ensuring that all activities of the commercial CFT are accurately captured and reported in ORBIT.
- Stay current on business and political factors impacting the healthcare ecosystem. - Collaborate with the Access Team to execute access strategies within networks and health systems.
- Acts as an expert in terms of tracking and documenting market dynamics related to Immunology, demonstrating deep understanding of UCB products' characteristics and competitive advantages, as well as of the competition
- Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, such as Immunologists, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare organizations, to foster collaboration and support as needed to accommodate new market insights or shifts in market dynamics.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing, Medical affairs, Regulatory affairs and OE among others to align efforts with the ecosystem's needs.

**Requirements**:
+7 years of healthcare related sales, marketing, market access or field medical experience and key account management in high specialty

English: Fluent (H-Reading Comprehension, H-conversation and H-written)

Office: Excel, Power Point, Word

CRM knowledge Salesforce Audit System knowledge (IMS, ATV, DDD, Close Up, etc.)
