**About the position**:
Kahnem is partnering with a high-growth startup in the financial services sector (Fintech) that is looking to hire an Account Executive in Mexico to drive growth in the SMB and Mid-Market segments.

In this role, you will identify customer needs, tailor our fintech solution to them, and build lasting relationships. You will work closely with a few who will help identify and qualify leads, allowing you to focus on engaging prospects, building relationships, and closing deals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of fintech innovation and make a measurable impact.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and execute a sales plan to acquire new SMB and mid-market customers within Mexico.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their unique business challenges and aligning our fintech solutions to address those needs. Stay informed about fintech trends and competitive offerings and position yourself to clients as a trusted advisor.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our products to prospective customers through consultative selling techniques.
- Partner with a Sales Development Representative to receive warm, qualified leads and provide feedback to optimize lead generation efforts. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system. Monitor outreach performance, experiment with messaging, and implement best practices to improve conversion rates.

**Job requirements**:

- Proven experience of sales success, preferably in fintech, SaaS or technology. Regardless of what you were selling, you will need to demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to SMBs and mid-market customers, with a strong understanding of their challenges and opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively with SDRs, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to drive results.
- Basic understanding of sales methodologies and prospecting techniques. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Learning agility. A proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Customer-Centricity. A genuine passion for helping businesses grow through innovative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

Compensation Range: $65K - $70K
