**The Opportunity**

Responsible to coordinate and consolidates LatAm Change Management strategy for the Digital transformation Program in order to leverage it to each OU in LATAM.

This includes creating reporting and leadership of pre-review and approval meetings for every IT change that impacts the LatAm Sector. This role will ensure that each Change Request has all required activities completed prior to gaining approval, ensuring a smooth production implementation by the Service Owner.

**As the Change Management Analyst, your scope will consist of...**
- Develops programs, solutions & tools to facilitate Change Management process that will improve business performance and achieve business objectives
- Collaborates with IT teams to understand the scope of Change Items and ensure that all required items have completed prior to go-live
- Create reporting for all changes impacting the PFNA Sector
- Coordinate Change Management processes, solutions, programs & tools within the Operating Unit connecting & wiring with Change Management, HRBP’s, S&T areas & Functional Leaders
- Works along with HRBP - HR Local, Functional Leaders and SDT Leaders to support Change programs & solutions
- Facilitates sessions with teams at various levels to influence & educate them on the change process, change concepts, typical reactions to change and the basics of change leadership
- Develops and delivers solutions to ensure long term sustaibility of the implemented change

**Qualifications**

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor in administration or humanities
- Languages: Spanish & English written and read
- Creative problem solver who see connections in data
- The ability to plan and manage change initiatives and their impact to people, processes and technology, including the planning and delivery of necessary organization communications to enable the change.
- Prior experience of implementing Change Programs or instructional designing
- Strategic Thinking
- Negotiation & Communication Skills
- Learning Agility in order to quickly understand the business and deliver strong business connected recommendations
- Self Starter, Highly motivated individual who is organizationally savvy
- Demonstrates a broad perspective when solving problems and making decisions
- Makes the right trade-offs and balances resources to deliver results
- Anticipates controversial issues and questions and provides effective solutions
