**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Supports Change Management plan integration and deployment for several change initiatives. Ensure teams alignment for a timely and effective implementation. Focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Implements Wining Head, Hearts and Minds plans according to stakehoders and OU_MU Function needs and evironements.

As **Change Management SR Analyst **your responsibilities would consist of:
Partners with Supply Chain / Ops Change Manager to excecute funciton change plans, tools, and deliverables needed for the successful support and implementation of the project.
- Supports the execution of Change and Comms plans providing input as needed to deliver as per RAM’s: key analysis, documents and materials as per project roadmap, timeline and decision gates per Function’s Transition waves per track.
- Integrates and executes tactical activities that include, but are not limited to:

- Supports Impact Assessments
- Supports Focus groups & surveys
- Supports Learning/training, Ways of Working
- Supports Communications and notifications materials, handouts, etc
- Supports the creation of sustainment plans playbooks to handover to local change leads
- Display attention to detail in executing and reviewing work products to ensure the highest quality deliverables in the allotted timeframe.
- Supports stakeholders and tactical action plans to achieve business goals
- Reports ongoing status, stakeholder and team members inputs
- Provides visibility and elevate issues/gaps resolution to advance in assigned activities

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar;
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Change Management, Project Management;
- Experience and knowledge with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle;
- Intermediate Knowledge in Excel;
- 85% bilingual (English & Spanish required).
