**Senior Client Executive**

**Introduction**:
The Senior Client Executive will provide integral support to the sales team, handling all administrative tasks to allow the sales team to focus on selling activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales and other departments to achieve the best outcome for clients.
- Participate in client discovery/project requirement calls.
- Provide accurate & timely costs for all ad hoc projects/client briefs.
- Ensure bids to orders are processed in a timely manner so that there are no missed opportunities.\
- Conduct feasibility assessments, pricing & generating work orders for clients.
- Submit projects to finance for billing in a timely manner.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 3 years of work experience. Marketing Research experience is a plus.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and resourceful.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in Spanish and English.
- Sales-minded individual with inside sales or customer service experience.
