**Administrative Technician**
Nu-B Inc. is an innovative Quebec company, founded in 2010, that uses recycled materials for the manufacturing (extrusion) of P.E.T. plastic rolls. Nu-B has since experienced continued growth and now distributes its products throughout Canada and the United States.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Supports the operations management team and serves internal customers.
- Prepare presentations, documents, letters and other communication tools for the internal stakeholders.
- Ensure offices and reception is maintained, functioning well, orderly, and office supplies stocked.
- Maintains HR files, accounting files, and other documentation, and answers all requests for administrative support from internal customers.
- Ensures compliance with the company's health and safety rules as well as standards and procedures in regards with SQF certification
- Execute any other required tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of relatable experience required
- Completion of a post secondary degree an asset
**Salary**:$55 000 - $65 000 / annual salary
**Bonus**:Potential bonus of up to 15% gross salary
