**Qualifications**:

- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- X years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
- **Performance Management**:

- Implement and maintain performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Assist managers in identifying performance issues and developing appropriate strategies for improvement.
- **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address them.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees on various topics, including compliance training, leadership development, and technical skills enhancement.
- **HR Administration**:

- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR practices.
- **Benefits Administration**:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
