**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Dedication and ability to manage multiple tasks in a pressured environment
- Respond within one hour to customer inquiries
- Provide pricing, stock and delivery information
- Follow up on customer satisfaction
**1-3 Month Objectives**:
- Month 1: Orientation and Training_
- Dive into our product knowledge to become an expert on our cutting-edge health offerings.
- Familiarize yourself with our customer service tools, including Zoho, to streamline interactions.
- Shadow and learn from experienced team members to understand our customer-centric approach.
- Month 2: Mastering the Basics_
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via various channels
- Respond to customer queries within one hour, showcasing our commitment to exceptional service.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding pricing, stock availability, and delivery.
- Month 3: Elevating Customer Satisfaction_
- Proactively follow up with customers to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and demonstrate resourcefulness in resolving any outstanding issues.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy in every interaction, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer needs and employing effective problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving the overall customer experience.

At this time, we are actively looking for applicants outside of the USA, who must be willing and able to work American time zone hours (CST/ EST) — the majority of our clients are in the USA and Canada — and speak and write in fluent English. Being able to work the occasional weekend is a must.

**What to Expect during the selection process**:
- **Google Meet Interview**: a 30-minute video call with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to get to know you a bit better and make sure you are aligned with the company's core values.
- **30-minute Phone Meeting with a member of the CS team**: To "Get to know each other" to gauge if the chemistry is right to be successful together. We do not solely hire for skill, as a new skill is easy to train. We are looking for the right team member to build on our success.
- **Panel Interview**: a 60-minute video call with Elisa (Customer Service Team Manager) and a member of our hiring team to discuss your background, BIOptimizers, and answer your questions about the team and growth trajectory.
