**_Responsibilities_**:

**_Responsibilities:_**

- **_Strong knowledge to present plans and metrics._**

**_ _**
- **_Ability to implement operational controls, mapping, and targets._**

**_ _**
- **_Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high level of service for external/Internal customers_**

**_ _**
- **_Monitor metrics for Invoice processes: with PO, buy-sell Process (Post GRs manually)_**

**_ _**
- **_Ensure to deliver reconciliation of vendor statements, GIRIR clearing and Debit balances for helpdesk area_**

**_ _**
- **_Ensure payments runs are performed on time reaching 100% of accuracy_**

**_ _**
- **_Ensure accuracy and timeliness are met for the end of the month activities_**

**_ _**
- **_Manage multiple stake holders including local, regional and global contacts._**

**_ _**
- **_Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports for accounts payable metrics_**

**_ _**
- **_As a team leader you will provide support and guidance for solutions to mitigate risks._**

**_ _**
- **_Attend calls, meetings and lead agreements with clients that are located in different countries and regions._**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:

- Minimum Qualifications_
**_ _**
- **_ _**_Bachelor degree in Accounting, 5-7 years of experience._**

**_ _**
- **_ _**_Expert in SAP and high level of accounting and operational task for accounts payable._**

**_ _**
- **_ _**_Ms office is mandatory_**

**_ _**
- **_ _**_Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish._**

**_ _**
- **_ _**_Experience in leading large teams and vendor portfolios._**

**_ _**
- **_ _**_Timetable availability and flexibility_**

**_ _**
- **_Advanced English Level* Required*_**

- **_Ability to work in an ambiguous and virtual environment_**
