**We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager** to join our team of ambitious professionals. As an industry-leading Real Estate company, we offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for growth and advancement

We are looking for someone to manage our client base and develop solutions tailored for optimal customer experience and retention.
The main objective of this position is to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of our client accounts.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordination of our client base to provide prompt and accurate support, solutions and reports.
- Weekly calls with our Online Mentorship clients.
- Working with our sales team and upper management department to ensure the highest quality of success and to make certain all customers’ needs are met.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
- Must be a self-starter, take initiative and be a team leader and a team player.
- Prior business experience in Real Estate companies is ideal but not required.
- Bonus points for experience with GoHighLevel CRM (very desirable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a people-person.
- Proven results of delivering client solutions, upselling and meeting sales goals.
- This is a part time remote position with a full-time potential in near future. _

**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $27,400.00 - $37,500.00 per month
