Descripción del puesto:
JANSSEN DE MEXICO S DE RL DE CV.
EJECUTIVO COMERCIAL ONCOLOGÍA
- Apoya el logro de los objetivos de ventas establecidos, incluidos los objetivos de participación de mercado.
- Aplica conocimiento funcional del proceso de ventas, cartera de productos y clientes para mejorar los resultados de ventas.
- Evalúa datos básicos de clientes, procedimientos y mercado con otros equipos de ventas, clínicos, de marketing y de cuentas estratégicas para mejorar los níveles de soluciones/servicio.
- Redactar informes y documentos de ventas según sea necesario.
- Desarrolla conocimientos básicos del mercado para apoyar las necesidades del equipo de ventas de Oncología/Hematología.
- Aborda problemas técnicos menos complejos y solicitudes simples de los clientes.
- Entiende y aplica el credo y los imperativos de liderazgo de Johnson & Johnson en las interacciones diarias con el equipo.
- Este trabajo es asalariado.
- El trabajo es elegible para incentivos de ventas/comisiones de ventas.
- Implementación de estrategia de cuenta y plan comercial, para el logro de objetivos de venta presupuestados en productos de alta especialidad de mercado institucional (gobierno).
- Dirigir, Persuadir y Coordinar equipos de trabajo (Marketing, Acceso, Ventas a gobierno y Gerencia Médica) para construir relaciones que se orienten a lograr los objetivos del territorio que se asigne. Identificación de oportunidades de negocio y garantizar la aplicación eficiente y eficaz de los recursos de manera ética y profesional.
- Gestión de contratos ya ganados de mercado gobierno, mediante la implementación estrategias y tácticas que permitan exceder las ventas.
- Acceso a cuadros de medicamentos institucionales IMSS, ISSSTE, INSABI, OPD’s y compra por paciente especifico.

- Licenciatura (titulado)
- Experiência deseable 3 años áreas el área comercial.
- Ejecución de la estrategia de las cuentas
- Deseable experiência comercial con Gobierno
- Ingles Intermedio
- Manejo de paquetería OFFICE
