As an AM at Club Feast, your mission is clear: go above and beyond to satisfy our clients' cravings and exceed their expectations. You'll wear many hats, from order placement extraordinaire to concierge extraordinaire. Here's what's on your plate:

- **Client Delight**: You're not just placing orders; you're crafting culinary experiences. You'll send our clients mouthwatering proposals from a diverse range of partner restaurants, creating irresistible menus tailored to their tastes and needs. And yes, a bit of upselling to enhance their experience.
- **Relationship Building**: We're all about forging lasting connections. You'll be the friendly face and trusted partner for over 100 Bay Area & NYC accounts. Your goal? Make every interaction a win-win.
- **Sales Intelligence**: You'll collect and organize data like a pro, providing valuable insights to our team. Our CRM, HubSpot, will become your playground for sales lead information.

**Requirements**:

- **Hospitality Savvy**: Prior experience in high-end services, like a 5-star hotel front desk or concierge.
- **Excel Expert**: Microsoft Excel is your playground, from formulas to troubleshooting.
- **CRM Wizardry**: Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
- **Fast-Paced Pro**: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage your tasks efficiently.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Because the little things matter.
- **Communication Maestro**: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- **Self-Management**: You're an independent thinker who can manage your own workload.
- **Restaurant Experience**: If you've worked in the restaurant industry, that's a huge plus
- **Typing Speed**: WPM of 35 or more.
