Tu reto principal será **el monitoreo de interacciones en nuestros diferentes canales de comunicación.**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Identificar áreas de oportunidad en la comunicación y resolución de problemas.
- Evaluar las interacciones entre colaboradores y clientes de la plataforma.
- Trabajar con propuestas de mejora y seguimientos periódicos.
- Garantizar resoluciones exitosas de los tickets recibidos.
- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de procesos.

**Requisitos**:

- Lic. concluida o trunca en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o similares.
- 6 meses de experiência en Customer Service.
- Manejo de CRM (Preferentemente Hubspot).
- ** Habilidades**:

- Autonomía.
- Objetividad.
- Imparcialidad.
- Comunicación.
- Atención a detalle.
- Capacidad analítica.
