Buscamos a una persona que cumpla el rol de **Growth Sr. Manager** - basado en **Ciudad de México o Monterrey.**

**¿Qué vas a hacer en tu día a día?**
- Supervisar y gestionar el equipo de ventas a cargo para impulsar el cumplimiento de las metas de México.
- Responsable de la definición de precios de ventas de servicios en México, respetando y siguiendo los parámetros generales establecidos en la compañía.
- Responsable de acompañar la relación de los clientes estratégicos más grandes de México, asistiendo a reuniones, presentaciones, alineaciones que garanticen la retención de la cuenta.
- Definir el enfoque de los ICPs (Ideal Customer Profile) e industrias a las que estratégicamente se estará enfocando el equipo comercial en México.
- Implementar las estrategias definidas en conjunto con el equipo de growth global para México.
- Velar por el cumpliimento del equipo de ventas en general, con un mindset de mantener perfiles high perfomance que motiven al equipo e impulsen al cumplimiento de las ventas de México.
- Responsable de garantizar que el equipo de ventas cuente con todos los perfiles comerciales necesarios y asignaciones de cuentas adecuadas para cumplir las metas asignadas al país/región: esto incluye impulsar conversaciones de feedback, aplicaciones de PIP y tomas de decisiones generales en función del talento del equipo.
- Impulsar y desarrollar estrategias para el equipo de ventas con foco en la venta de los productos de ambas BUs de la compañia en pro de ofrecer un servicio integral e impactar la retención de clientes.
- Ser referente de la cultura y el modelo de liderazgo de la compañía en México.

**¿Qué necesitas para desempeñar este rol?**
- Indispensable más de 5 años liderando equipos de ventas.
- Indispensable experiência en la industria Freight Forwarding / Logística
- Indispensable residir en Monterrey o Ciudad de México.
- Experiência demostrada en gestión de clientes y desarrollo de relaciones a largo plazo.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones informadas basadas en datos.
- Capacidad para liderar y motivar a un equipo hacia el logro de objetivos comunes.
