**Service Desk Trilingüe**

Responsable de actividades de Mesa de Servicio de TI, incluidas como atender llamadas, monitorear los tickets entrantes a la mesa de servicio global, resolverlos de forma remota dentro de las pautas establecidas y canalizar la asistencia de soporte de segundo nível cuando sea necesario.

**Requisitos**:

- Fluidez para escribir y hablar Español, Inglés y Alemán
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluida
- Experiência en atención al cliente
- Comprensión básica de los principios de TI y manejo de tickets

**Conocimientos**:

- Buenas habilidades de resolución de problemas en aplicaciones de oficina M365, Microsoft Windows, navegadores de Internet, PC, portátiles, redes básicas y directorio activo (Deseable)
- Comprensión básica del sistema de emisión de boletos, preferiblemente BMC
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Enfocado al cliente y orientado a resultados
