**Posición: HRBP Div. Manager**
**Ubicación: Juarez, Mexico Corporate Offices**
**Misión**
Generar estrategias para atraer, desarrollar y retener al talento humano, creando y fortaleciendo la cultura organizacional y el cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales.
**Funciones del puesto**
- Dar cumplimiento a la LFT, RIT, y demás disposiciones de las dependencias del gobierno (STPS, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc).
- Asegurar seguimiento a procedimientos y reglamentos de Recursos Humanos, Guías de Cumplimiento, Guías Laborales, Código de Conducta, Modelo de Liderazgo.
- Revisión y seguimiento a servicios al personal.
- Desarrollo de planes y estrategias.
- Comunicación de estatus del headcount y métricos de la planta.
- Dar soporte a todos los departamentos.
- Atender visitas y auditorías.
- Apoyar en las investigaciones de incidentes y accidentes de trabajo. Así como revisar las contestaciones de las ST7.
- Llevar a cabo acciones y actividades de integración para mantener un buen ambiente laboral.
- Apoyo al area de EH&S los programas de salud en el trabajo y campañas de oncientización.
**Habilidades**
- Licenciatura en administración, Relaciones Industriales o carrera afín.
- Manejo de personal, relaciones laborales, manejo de rotación y ausentismo. Auditorías
- Liderazgo.
- LFT, LSS, INFONAVIT.
- MS Office.
- 5 años de experiência en posición similar.
- Inglés avanzado.
