Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage a team of 5 customer care representatives
- Ensure that customer care representatives provide excellent customer service and handle claims and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with the e-commerce last mile operations team to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and to the customer's satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints
- Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on customer care performance metrics
- Train and develop customer care representatives to improve their skills and knowledge
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for customer care representatives
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in customer care, including experience managing a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in handling escalated customer issues and complaints
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and last mile operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
