**Analista de Customer Care**

***Tu día a día incluirá**:

- Gestionar interacciones con clientes por chat, WhatsApp, correo u otros canales, cumpliendo con los KPI establecidos.
- Identificar y satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes de manera eficiente y empática.
- Dar seguimiento a las solicitudes hasta su completa solución.
- Escalar necesidades y sugerencias clave a otros departamentos para impulsar mejoras continuas.
- Analizar comentarios de clientes y proponer acciones para optimizar procesos y productos.

**Lo que buscamos en ti**:

- Experiência mínima de 1 año en atención al cliente, experiência del cliente o roles similares.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Paciencia y profesionalismo en el trato con los clientes, incluso en situaciones desafiantes.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office y Google Sheets.
- Habilidad para operar múltiples programas o software simultáneamente.
- Deseable experiência previa en startups.
- Capacidad para resolver conflictos y resiliencia.
