**Technical Support - Solutions Engineer**

**RT Lawrence Corporation is expanding**

We are US-based Software Development company with 30 years of experience and have offices in United States, Philippines and Taiwan. We aim to develop next generation B2B products every 7 years to stay ahead of the technology curve.

We take pride on our propriety software that we modify and setup base on our clients need and we are expanding in seeking technology professionals in Mexico for our added several new clients to our Remittance, Lockbox and new Data Analytics divisions.

**We are seeking for a creative and highly technical Solutions Engineer that shall serve as the** **Technical Support **of our Remittance Technical Team’s projects. The **Technical Support** **is responsible to prioritize and structure the business requirements while providing timely resolution to ensure delivery of project timelines with mínimal supervision. The ** **Technical Support** **’s “Eagle Eye” must be passionate in spotting error/s, thinking of solutions and proceeding with the necessary actions. The ** **Technical Support** **shall be highly accountable on success/failure of projects assigned.**

The Technical Support should be able to think outside the box by seeing things differently during review and group discussions of the project together with stakeholders. Stay true to company’s core value that centers on Integrity, Honesty and People (Stakeholders, Management, Employees and Clients). Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Besides being the Technical Support, the Solutions Engineer is responsible to own and lead, the following functions:
A. System Documentation & Organization
- reference writing
- creates guidelines and manual

B. System Design and Testing
- Specs establishment and product coordination with developers
- Prepares and evaluate alternative workflow solutions

C. Client Support (via online or phone)

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any IT or Programming related courses and/or equivalent experience.
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Extraordinary written and spoken English language communicator
- Can start immediately
- Amendable in following US shifting schedule.
- Dependable internet connection for WFH scheme
