As a technical support person, you will be responsible to ensure that all issues reported by the client are being diagnosed, responded, resolved and closed.
You will be interacting with the customer and with the support team in India to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
You will be responsible for ensuring that SLA's are met.
You will be responsible for ongoing project related co-ordination and resolution of issues in both development projects as well as support projects.
Must have knowledge of Linux, Shell Scripting
Must have knowledge of IBM WebSphere, Oracle, Message Queueing, Public Key Private Key Cryptography, Encryption Decryption, FTP, SFTP, Data Security, TCP/IP Socket Communication
Must have good communication skills and must have customer focused and should ensure customer issues are successfully resolved
**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
