**What will you be doing?**
- Proactively source carriers to secure coverage for customer freight using company tools.
- Regularly communicate with carriers to assess availability, explore network opportunities, and negotiate rates.
- Manage a portfolio of carrier business through strategic relationship-building.
- Negotiate competitive rates to maximize profitability and ensure optimal load volume.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers to provide excellent service to customers.

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:
- Knowledge of Flatbed freight is required; additional experience with dry van, reefer, or partial loads is a plus.
- 6 months to 2 years of Carrier Sales or Logistics Operations experience (3PL preferred).
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calls and negotiation.
- Self-motivated team player, driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 06:30 - 15:30
