Requisitos básicos:

- Bachillerato técnico en Informática, Computación, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Sistemas o afín
- Conocimientos en computación y/o electrónica:

- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en mantenimiento a cajeros (preferentemente Diebold y/o NCR), áreas de Sistemas o Comunicaciones
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Disponibilidad de horario
- Funciones:

- Proporcionar instalación, mantenimiento y reparaciones en equipos ATM (segunda línea de mantenimiento) y / o POS (punto de venta) y otros equipos electromecánicos en varias ubicaciones dentro de un territorio / región asignada.
- Dar continuidad de las operaciones del cliente y altos níveles de satisfacción del cliente; Gestionar incidencias de clientes según lo asignado; Cree relaciones de trabajo con los clientes y desarrolle canales de comunicación informales con la cuenta del cliente a nível local
- Responsable de la propiedad de todos los problemas / necesidades del cliente que se expresan u observan y actúan de manera apropiada; Puede proporcionar soporte al Ingeniero de Cliente Asociado y / o al Servicio; Técnico representante / técnico de servicio cuando sea necesario
- Comprensión y realización de los diversos requisitos del Acuerdo de nível de servicio al cliente (SLA) y plantee o aumente los problemas cuando sea apropiado y / o según los procedimientos establecidos
- Representar a NCR de una manera que refleje positivamente la imagen y la reputación de la empresa.
- Verificar que el entorno del sitio cumpla con los requisitos antes de la instalación o implementación; Instale los sistemas del cliente de acuerdo con el plan de instalación,
