**Job Description**:
Objetivo

El Delivery Manager debe gestionar los proyectos internos de la organización, garantizando la correcta ejecución de los proyectos bajo su responsabilidad y garantizando transversalmente la ejecución de proyectos bajo la responsabilidad de los otros gerentes de proyectos del área de Claims. La ejecución de los proyectos engloba el correcto desarrollo de los proyectos en tiempo, calidad, funcionalidad y satisfacción del cliente.

**Responsabilidades**:
El Delivery Manager de Claims proporciona consultoría dentro del dominio de su área, que sea la gestión de proyectos y debe:
2. Planear en conjunto con los gerentes las actividades y alcance de los proyectos para asegurar el éxito de estos.
3. Acompañar el seguimiento y apoyar la ejecución del cronograma.
4. Apoyar la planificación del proyecto para la correcta ejecución de este en los plazos establecidos con el cliente.
5. Definir y velar por los métodos y estándares de planificación, seguimiento y comunicación de los proyectos del área.
6. Servir de eje de comunicación del equipo de trabajo y la administración, garantizando la rápida toma de decisiones de manera acertada en caso de desviaciones.
7. Consultar y proponer soluciones alternativas al desarrollo del proyecto cuando éste se encuentre en situación de riesgo.

El Delivery Manager es el referente en el grupo para la gestión y organización de proyectos.
El Delivery Manager gestiona otros gerentes y es el responsable final por las entregas.

Este rol interactúa con diferentes níveles en los países (Country Manager, CFO, IT Manager, Lideres de IT, Infraestructura, Lideres de Negocio, Operaciones) y regionales (CIO, VMO, Finance, SMEs, Lideres Técnicos, Líderes de Negocio, Operaciones, Infraestructura).

Work Experience
Mantiene contacto con las áreas de Claims (Global, regional y locales), con el fin de comprender las dinámicas de trabajo para los distintos proyectos y recomendando soluciones basadas en el conocimiento específico de su área y de las aplicaciones involucradas.

Participa del entendimiento de requerimientos de negocio, elaboración de estimaciones en tiempo y costo de los proyectos a implementar dentro de su área de conocimiento.

Participa de las reuniones de kickoff de proyectos y de reporte de status con el Negocio

Participa activamente en Proyectos Estratégicos y/o Críticos interactuando con los participantes de este, generando estrategias de implementación que permita alcanzar los resultados esperados. Tiene visibilidad del Budget y Actual de los mismos.

Participa en los proyectos de Claims, coordinando los Project Manager para lograr los objetivos de negocio.

Interactúa con diferentes áreas de expertise (Infraestructura, operaciones, otras aplicaciones), para garantizar la implementación de alternativas de mejora que contemplen el end to end del proceso trabajado.

Educación

**Profesión**: Ingeniero de Sistemas/ Ingeniero Industrial/ Ingeniero electrónico.

**Especialización**: IT management, Project Manager. PMP o especialización en gerencia de proyectos.

**Maestría**: constituye un plus.

**English**: si

**Portugués**: constituye un plus

**Conocimientos y habilidades**:

- Avanzados de Microsoft Project.
- Avanzados de Microsoft Excel y generales ofimática.
- Negocio de Seguros (+5 años) *.
- Habilidad de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo, manejo de conflictos.
- Asertivo, orientado hacia el cumplimiento de metas y altamente proactivo.
- Habilidades de análisis, planeación, síntesis y toma de decisiones.
- Abierto al cambio.
- Liderazgo y habilidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Habilidades de negociación y motivación.
- Capacidad para entregar resultados, cumpliendo con límites de tiempo.
- Experiência en consultoría de IT y gerencia de proyectos.
