El Account Manager tendrá contacto con el equipo de Producto, Operacions, Finanzas o cualquier otro, para asegurarse que todos los milestones asociados a un cliente ocurran de forma transparente y sin fricciones con nuestro cliente, a modo de ejemplo**:Due Diligence - On-boarding - Integración - Go-Live - Facturación - Upselling - Cross-selling**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Será el encargado de representar al cliente a la interna de Inswitch, manteniendo siempre el equilibrio de intereses entre las partes.
- Asegurar el éxito del Cliente de Inswitch y garantizar que se cumplan los resultados acordados con el.
- Trabajar en los procesos para que todas las áreas involucradas trabajen en sincronía y el cliente se sienta totalmente amparado, mediante una comunicación integrada.
- Controlar todo el ciclo de vida del cliente, desde que acepta nuestra propuesta comercial, hasta que sale en vivo y mientras dure su relación comercial con nuestra compañía.
- Asegurar todos los pasos del onboarding de un cliente.
- Asegurarnos de que nuestros clientes aprovechen al máximo nuestro producto y satisfagan sus necesidades comerciales.
- Demostrar valor y garantizar un alto rendimiento, hacer que nuestros clientes tengan más éxito al hacer negocios con Inswitch
- Escuchar y comprender los requisitos actuales y futuros de nuestros clientes y trabajar con nuestro equipo de gestión de productos para ayudar a priorizarlos en la hoja de ruta del producto Inswitch.
- Comprometerse con patrocinadores ejecutivos, partes interesadas y con todo el ecosistema del cliente.
- Identificar nuevos proyectos relevantes y oportunidades de crecimiento. Dar a conocer al clientes otros servicios y acciones. Es su función ofrecer nuevas alternativas para las necesidades de los clientes.
- Actuar como contacto principal y punto de escalamiento para nuestros clientes, ayudando a una buena relación de trabajo con el soporte de Inswitch.
- Realizar las tareas de upselling y cross-selling apropiadas para las cuentas asignadas.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre la evolución del ecosistema de clientes, su industria y nuestro panorama competitivo.
- Proponer mejoras en base a lo que nos dicen nuestros clientes.
