El Gerente de Ventas es responsable de la venta directa y de la promoción de los Equipos de instrumentación que somos representantes

Dentro de sus responsabilidades principales se incluye el buen seguimiento y administración de los clientes actuales y la generación constante de nuevos negocios dando un adecuado proceso de venta y post venta directa de instrumentos en las diversas industrias.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Conocer a fondo las líneas de productos asignadas a su gerencia para su adecuada promoción y colocación en el mercado.
- Responsable por el desempeño de un equipo de ventas de 8-10 personas que incluye representantes de ventas y especialistas de producto y aplicaciones. Esto incluye el cumplimiento de cuotas de ventas mensuales y anuales de las marcas representadas
- Es igualmente responsable por el entrenamiento, desarrollo y evaluación del personal a su cargo, así como asegurar el seguimiento de políticas y procedimientos corporativos.
- Establecimiento de metas, desarrollo de estrategias comerciales y planes de marketing que permitan mantener un crecimiento anual de doble dígito.
- Debe mantener adecuadamente una cartera de clientes existente y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocios en otras cuentas e industrias.
- Su responsabilidad es a nível nacional, así como parte de Centro América.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en ingeniería, química, física o carrera afín.
- Al menos 4 años de experiência comprobable liderando exitosamente equipos de ventas directa (NO A TRAVÉS DE DISTRIBUIDORES) de bienes de capital.
- Debe tener un conocimiento profundo de las siguientes industrias: alimentos, plásticos, química y petroquímica, farmacéutica, educación e investigación entre las más relevantes.
- Liderazgo, habilidades de planeación y negociación.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Debe ser capaz de comunicarse a todos los níveles incluyendo responsables de laboratorio, gerentes de compras y abastecimiento, personal de control de calidad, investigadores.
- Disponibilidad para viajar al menos 50% del tiempo en México y el extranjero.
- Colaboración estrecha con otras áreas del negocio para alcanzar metas corporativas y de las marcas
- Debe poder comunicarse con fluidez en idioma inglés.
