Are you a dynamic sales leader who excels in managing and driving sales operations?
- Do you have a proven track record of achieving sales goals and contributing to business growth through data-driven decisions?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the Head of Sales. In this role, you will play a critical role in expanding our business across Florida and the USA by setting sales goals, recruiting, training and leading the sales team, and managing the sales budget.

You will work closely with Marketing, Operations and Finance departments to generate geographical expansion and product proposals, and ensure that all sales processes and best practices are documented, optimized and enforced.

Tasks

Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets
- Develop and communicate sales quotas and goals for the sales team in line with company objectives.
- Implement sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against goals, making adjustments as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales efforts.
- Provide coaching and support to sales team to help them achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Conduct Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats to the company’s sales performance.
- Utilize data to create actionable insights that can be used to improve the effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay up to date on market trends and changes, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to make data-driven decisions that contribute to the growth of the business
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and communicate key insights to management
- Utilize insights to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to the sales strategy as needed.

Successfully expand the company's sales geographically by developing proposals with comprehensive strategies, return on investment (ROI), and development plans that align with the business objectives
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential markets for expansion.
- Develop proposals for geographical expansion that include well-defined strategies, clear ROI projections, and development plans that align with the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations, Head of Marketing, and Finance Department to ensure the successful execution of expansion plans.
- Regularly evaluate the success of the expansion efforts and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Ensure that all expansion efforts are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Sales Team Management
- Set sales goals: Establish target markets, sales quotas, and goals for the sales team.
- Develop team: Supervise, coach, train, and develop the sales team to improve performance and ensure the sales goals are met.
- Monitor performance: Continuously monitor the performance of the sales team and enforce performance improvement initiatives to increase sales.
- Improve sales administration: Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and analysis to improve sales administration and other strategic efforts.
