We do so by simplifying the adoption of rooftop solar via advanced technology and human connection. **About the position**:
Now that we’re on the brink of closing our Series C, we are recruiting an entrepreneurial Head of Partner Led Sales to scale up sales through partners to be >50% of Bright’s new revenue within 12 months. You would be responsible for scaling up sales through channel partners (installers) and report directly to the CEO/CRO. Key components:

- Scaling: lead our efforts to sell industrial solar through Channel Partners today (this is already working well - we just need to scale it by operationalizing best practices, being metrics driven, and hiring and training)
- Management of Structured Experimentation: partner with our Head of Product to build a Channel Partner experiment group to execute on experiments such as:

- Launching an ambassador referral program with custom landing pages and interactive proposals
- Lead scoring our ambassadors to know which to deliver extra VIP service to and how best to do so
- Establishing and iterating on the ambassador journey to optimize it
- And much more
- Partner Led Sales Ops: build a Partner Led sales ops effort to ensure we’re making data driven decisions

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has a proven track record of: growing a business with ~30-90 day sales cycles with at least 10 years of relevant work experience, as well as scaling a B2B sales team to 10+ people using a diverse set of sales channels.
- Is able to execute with precision and with a constrained budget: You’re able to turn the CEO’s vision into a reality by implementing processes with measurable results and doing so under a conservative budget.
- You have experience establishing lead scoring methodologies, and allocating prospects based on robust rules to maximize conversion, and you demonstrate a keen understanding of the leading factors/metrics to drive sales.
- Is a master at prioritization: You’re able to ruthlessly prioritize in a fast-paced environment with many conflicting interests. You set deadlines, follow up, and hold yourself and your team accountable.
- Is highly analytical and uses data to ensure accountability; establishes and uses leading and lagging indicators and operates using well-thought-out dashboards.
- Is a strong communicator in both English and Spanish: You can mentor and hold high standards for concise, actionable, and streamlined communication for a remote, distributed team. You are prepared to act as a spokesperson for both the staff and C-suite of a company and have experience owning internal communications.
- Is able to delegate with ease: You are an expert at matching departments’ strengths and skills with the tasks and goals at hand so that everyone on the team can be effective and motivated toward the same vision. You’ll clearly define goals for each team member.
- Has a proven ability to run, recruit and develop a high-performing team: lowering attrition and promoting from within.
- Biases towards urgency: you’re great at solving problems in short periods of time.
- Is a selfless leader: You care deeply about those you work with and see your job to better serve them so they can deliver on our mission to reverse global warming.
- Is located within a 3-hour time zone of CDMX: we’re fully distributed, so we’re flexible in terms of where you spend most of your time

**Your tasks and responsibilities will be**:

- Scale Channel Partner sales to 20 MWs in 2023
- Increase our operational efficiency: Bright needs to scale as a technology-driven company - you'll be key in partnering with our software and product teams to scale Bright more effectively and efficiently as we expand into new markets in the LatAm region.
