Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición **Market Access Senior Specialist **que estará localizada en **Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico.**

**Propósito**:La persona que ocupe la posición de “Market Access Senior Specialist” se encargará del diseño, ejecución y coordinación de estrategias encaminadas a facilitar el acceso de terapias innovadoras en las áreas terapéuticas asignadas a su cargo en el sistema de salud mexicano, así como asegurar que las instituciones y pagadores cuenten con la información necesaria para que puedan realizar procesos de evaluación de tecnologías en salud, siempre en estricto apego a códigos de ética y políticas aplicables,, colaborando transversalmente con diferentes equipos (comercial, área médica, ventas, asuntos públicos, entre otros) para poder ofrecer soluciones implementables en corto y mediano plazo, manteniendo siempre en cuenta la perspectiva de sosteniblidad del portafolio a largo plazo, que permita ofrecer beneficios a los pacientes en México.

Mantendrá estrecha relación con los equipos regionales y globales aplicables de forma tal que permita mantener una alineación de la estrategia de acceso de las diferentes terapias así como una consideración del ciclo de vida de los productos. Se espera que puedan diseñarse modelos innovadores de acceso, estrategias de establecimiento de precios justos alineado al valor de las terapias y los beneficios que ofrecen a los pacientes y en constante colaboración con los equipos de HEOR y HTA.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollo y ejecución de planes de acceso para los productos asignados a su cuenta considerando integración dentro de planes de negocio a corto, mediano y largo plazo, en colaboración con equipos regionales y gerente senior de planeación de acceso
- Diseño de modelos innovadores, estrategias de precio, planes de comunicación y seguimiento de planes de relacionamiento apegados a código de ética y políticas aplicables, en colaboración con equipos regionales y gerente senior de planeación de acceso.
- Asegurar validación y aprobación de materiales de comunicación para distintos equipos en campo que permitan una adecuada interlocución con pagadores y stakeholders relacionados al proceso de evaluación de tecnologías en salud.
- Identificación de riesgos y oportunidades para el acceso de las terapias a su cargo considerando, entre otras, competidores actuales y futuros, cambios en el sistema de salud, financiamiento-disposición a pagar y capacidad de pago.
- Colaboración estrecha con equipos en campo para acelerar acceso de terapias innovadoras, reduciendo los tiempos de espera y entregando información necesaria.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de políticas y código de conducta y ética.

- Lienciatura: Ingeniería (Química, Bioquímica, Biomédica, otras afines), Actuaría, Economía, Matemáticas, Administración
- Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio
- Manejo de herramientas de informática: Microsoft Office
