**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in online ad business, business-development, marketing or consulting business.
- Knowledge of Google Ads.
- Ability to prioritize, maintain, and quickly complete work with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving, investigative, communication, and people management skills.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with clients and agencies to manage advertising accounts, monitor spend, and identify missed opportunities.
- Provide accurate campaign and client updates to the Business team, missed ROI opportunity, and daily campaign performance, thereby generating the team business.
- Troubleshoot, identify problems, and present solutions to the client and agency. Manage and troubleshoot advertiser participation in new products.
- Organize and manage regular calls and communication with all clients and agencies, to grow the relationship and share relevant news or industry developments.
- Collaborate with Account Executive and Lead on generating business/promoting across named accounts and strategy for relationship ownership with agency partners and serve as a mentor for team members.
